- Configuration state of the image at the time of instance creation is fully supported. If the instance fails to launch, cannot be accessed remotely via SSH using ec2-user or if the system fails to pass the specified OpenSCAP scan for the given compliance requirement (i.e. PCI, DISA STIG, HIPPA, etc), assistance will be provided.
- Instance snapshotting and duplication are supported.
Not Supported
- Bug fixes for underlying software and packages.
- Any modifications made to the system after provisioning could potentially cause a failure of future OpenSCAP tests for the given specific compliance requirements (i.e., PCI, DISA STIG, HIPPA, etc.)
