The Shadow-Soft Technical Advisory Team (STAT) subscription provides direct access to technical resources and engineers that work collaboratively with our clients. With this subscription, you’ll be first in line to receive strategic planning for product deployments and also connect your relevant teams to Shadow-Soft’s network of OEM relationships. STAT provides the Customer with proactive guidance and advice from experts with in-depth knowledge of the Customer’s technical environment, industry best practices, and current and future technology products.
Shadow-Soft Ongoing Services (S.O.S.) provides turn-key, onsite or remote managed services delivered for DevOps – Platform & Automation, Cloud and Middleware & Mobile. We also provide strategic clients with both onsite and remotely delivered managed services that revolve around the open source solutions we sell. Managed services provide a very interactive and collaborative relationship between Shadow-Soft and our customers, perfect for open source technologies which are on the leading edge and difficult to find expertise on.
