This month is National Stress Awareness Month with a specific focus on anxiety. What could possibly be more anxiety producing than the Deloitte “CFO Signals” report that found only 29% of CFOs say this is a good time to take greater risks.
Well, how about piling on that a new study from AlixPartners found 98% of CEOs say they need to “overhaul” their businesses within the next three years. How can you as an IT professional both stay the course and completely change everything?!
Reflecting on some of this tension, the AlixPartners study found that 85% of CEOs say they don’t know where to start to make changes.

Growth leaders seek a variety of informed points of view to take a calculated risk and know those who remain slow to act will get left further behind.
