Inside Sales Represenative

Shadow-Soft is seeking to add an Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work alongside our Account Executives and Leadership to help ensure a smooth and consistent sales process throughout the sales lifecycle. This includes interfacing with customers, creating proposals with Account Executives, monitoring sales metrics, and overseeing the sales administration process.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the adequacy of sales request or material
  • Interface with customers throughout the sales lifecycle including campaign management/prospecting, proposal generation, and customer success
  • Partner with Account Executives working with manufacturers, distribution, and customers alike
  • Proactively communicate with customers around product changes, events, and trainings
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of customer quotes
  • Price Negotiations, Quoting , Manufacturing / Distribution Management, Deal Registration
  • Forecast and update Salesforce
  • Identify opportunities to generate additional revenue
  • Focus on the Shadow-Soft Renewal database for assigned account executives
  • Manage the corporate renewal base for Shadow-Soft
  • Monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process
  • Assist with the execution of marketing led digital campaigns in addition to follow up calls and personal emails
  • Invite customers to Shadow-Soft and partner events at the discretion of account executives and leadership
  • Leverage sales automation platforms like Salesloft and Salesforce to delivery campaigns to prospects
  • Cross train on Shadow-Soft business operations standard operating processes and provide support during high volume times (i.e. end of month, end of quarter, end of year

Required Prerequisites:

  • 4 year degree from an accredited university
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a high level of confidence
  • Ability to resolve critical problems
  • Ability to proactively and reactively handle conflicts in a professional manner
  • Ability to analyze the market and target green field opportunities and opportunities inside existing accounts
